Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page explains how cancellations work, when refunds are available, and how to ask for help. It covers our courses, subscriptions, VPS plans and downloadable tools.

Updated:

1) Courses & curriculum access

  • Cooling-off window: 7 days from purchase if you have watched less than 20% of the total content and haven’t downloaded gated files.
  • Refunds are not available after certificate issuance or extensive usage (>20%) of the course content.
  • Course transfers to another learner are not supported; however we can reschedule cohort dates where applicable.

2) Subscriptions (monthly/annual)

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting support.
  • Refunds: We don’t refund the current billing period once access has been provided. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid term.
  • Annual plans cancelled during the term are not refundable, but will not renew at the next cycle.

3) VPS plans

  • Because VPS capacity is provisioned immediately, fees are generally non-refundable after activation.
  • If a technical fault on our side makes the service unavailable for 24+ consecutive hours, we will offer a pro-rated credit or plan extension.
  • Network issues outside our control (ISP, broker server, third-party outages) are not eligible for refunds.
Reminder: Always keep snapshots/backups and enable alerts/auto-restart to minimise downtime.

4) Digital downloads & tools (EAs, templates)

  • Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded or license keys have been issued.
  • If you experience a defect we can reproduce, we will repair/replace the file. If that’s not possible, we may issue store credit at our discretion.

5) How to request a refund or cancellation

  1. Email tradelikemaster07@gmail.com or info@tradelikemaster.com from your registered address.
  2. Include your order ID, product/plan name, and a short description of the issue.
  3. For VPS or automation issues, attach screenshots/logs if available.

6) Processing & timelines

  • We aim to review requests within 2–3 business days.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks/gateways may take 5–7 business days to show the credit.
  • Gateway charges or cross-border fees, if any, are non-refundable.

7) Exceptions & special cases

  • Accounts flagged for abuse, chargebacks, or ToS violations are ineligible for refunds.
  • Promotional/bonus items are forfeited on refund.
  • Where required by law (e.g., consumer protection rules), we will follow the applicable statutory rights.
